The studies conducted by students this semester can be considered "pilot tests" simply because pilots are your first attempt to create a survey sent out to small sample of 20 people. This is traditionally done to work out issues and kinks before modifying to send out as a larger scale study. What lessons did YOU personally learn by doing this pilot study? What would you do differently to make it stronger for a larger study? What was surprising or not anticipated about the research process? This paper has been posted on the reading list. Read to help you with your response.
