Health Insurance Waivers
VERY IMPORTANT: If you have health insurance and are taking classes in Massachusetts, you will need to complete the health insurance waiver, so you are not charged for health insurance that you do not need. You must do this by September 30, 2022. For more information, visit this page>>.
Coming to Campus
If you are planning to come on campus for any of your classes or to access resources or support, be sure to review information about on-campus safety protocols and procedures on the College’s Covid-19 response page at https://www.cambridgecollege.edu/covid-19-updates. If you have any questions regarding COVID-19 protocols and procedures when coming to campus, please email COVIDRC@cambridgecollege.edu.

Cambridge College continues to offer its laptop loan program. Laptop computers are essential for student success. If you do not have a dedicated computer, we encourage you to obtain a loaner laptop. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. If you need any additional information, please contact Jeff Cronin at Jeffrey.Cronin@cambridgecollege.edu.
Canvas
Did you know that Cambridge College is using a new learning management system, called Canvas? It was chosen because it is easy to use, mobile-friendly, and collaborative. While you will still use MyCC to register for courses, Canvas will be your online classroom, where you will find your syllabus, course information, lectures, reading assignments, etc. Canvas is also where you will communicate with your instructor and classmates. If you’d like to learn more about Canvas, you can access a video providing an overview here >>.
Canvas LMS Live Training
Thursday, September 8, 6:00-7:00 p.m. (ET) via Zoom. Click here to register >>
If you are new to Canvas, please consider registering for this training session for the Canvas Learning Management System.
Canvas Training Course
If you need Canvas training, you can also take the self-guided Canvas training course. All students are automatically enrolled in the CST100: Canvas Student Training course. When you log into MyCC, go to the gray area left menu bar (Quick Links) where you will find a link to “Canvas.” Click on that link for Canvas access. If you haven’t already accepted it, the top of the screen may display a message informing you of your enrollment in the CST100 Canvas Student Training. Click on “Accept” and you are ready to begin the course starting at the “Home” page. This Canvas course is self-guided, not timed, and contains the same material covered in the live monthly scheduled Zoom sessions.
English Conversation Group
Our English Conversation Group is designed to help English language learners practice conversational skills in a safe and structured environment. English Conversation Groups meet virtually via Zoom every Monday and Thursday (except federal holidays). There is no charge to attend, but registration is required.
