Greetings Cambridge College Students:

 

We hope your classes are going well. As a reminder, Spring 2022 registration opens next week on November 1st. We encourage you to reach out to your advisor or success coach and register early. As in the Fall 2021 term, courses will be offered in a mix of modalities, with some courses fully online, others Connected/Zoom, and some in person.

                                 

Save the Dates! Virtual Evening Chats with Provost Stephen Healey

I am delighted to begin serving as the new Provost at Cambridge College. One of my commitments is to engage with our students. To foster an open dialogue between the Office of Academic Affairs and our students, I would like to begin informal virtual conversations with students to discuss matters relevant to them. I know and value the importance of communication and gathering input from students, so I am offering the following dates for the fall 2021-2022 term:

English Conversation Groups and Tai Chi

As you may know, this fall, we are continuing to offer two English conversation groups with Charlie DiSilva and Santia Lindor. These are great places to practice English and connect with other students. Joseph Hughes is also offering virtual Tai Chi sessions every Friday. To register, see below:

NEW: Mental Health Resources Page

Vera Dimoplon, Assistant Dean of Student Affairs, has created a new Mental Health Resources Page with excellent resources for students experiencing mental health issues. You can access the page here>>. If you are experiencing mental health challenges, we strongly encourage you to utilize these resources, especially the William James College Interface.
