Please note that on Monday, January 29th the Office of the Student Financial Services will begin performing the audit process for both Graduate and Undergraduate student refunds.  This is an extremely time and data sensitive process.   Our goal is to reduce the overall time it takes to turnaround a refund check to our students and be compliant with the 14 day Federal guideline for disbursements.  We want to get the funds into the hands of the students that need it most- as accurately and efficiently as possible.  This will require SFS staff to work at optimum capacity without interruption.  As such, you will notice that the SFS front counter will have limited staff on Monday the 29th and Tuesday the 30th.  January 31st through Feb 9th the office of Student Financial Services will be closed, so members of the SFS team can process the audits.

 

With this in mind, the office will have limited staff to accept phone calls, emails, and/or walk in traffic.  We are encouraging students to email us at  sfs@cambridgecollege.edu  with any questions, issues and or concerns.  We will do our best to respond to urgent inquiries as they come in but we will not be back to full SFS staff until Monday February 12th, 2018.
