Dear Students,

Please be advised that as of today, May 3, 2018, all 2017 Fall and 2018 Spring student account details have been archived.  In order to view your prior term billing and payment history, please refer to the historical AR on your MyCC portal.

Invoices:   All summer invoices are viewable on line, as May 3, 2018.  Billing is updated on a regular basis throughout the summer add/drop period.  A hard copy will be mailed to the address on file on Monday May 7, 2018.  If you have moved, please update your address with the Office of the Registrar.  Pending aid is shown on your account with an asterik (*) for planning purposes.  Only one paper bill is mailed.  It is highly recommended that you view your account on MyCC if you make changes to your registration.

Payment Due Date and Late Payment Fee:  The payment due date for all summer courses is June 4, 2018.  Please be sure that you have solidified your class schedule, and where applicable have an approved summer health waiver received at the College by this date.  Students owing more than $50 will be assessed the late payment fee of $100.  This is inclusive of students who register after the payment due date that have not paid within a week of registration, in addition to students who add courses after the payment due date.  The late payment fee is applied shortly after the payment due date and regularly thereafter.

Payment Plans:  All payment plans are administered through Tuition Management Systems (TMS).  They are designed to evenly divide your balance over 2 to 3 months for the summer.  The 3 month plan began in April.  The 2 month plan begins in May.  All payments must be received no later than June 30th in order insure a smooth registration for the fall term which opens in July.  To participate in the payment plan click on this link:
