The 2017 Fall term statement will be ready to view online for all registered students. Fall activity online will reflect a date of September 10th.  Fall term payments have been extended and are due on or before September 18, 2017. The statement will be reflective of fall registration activity from July 1, 2017,  through the date of your invoice.  To view your account, please log onto the MyCC portal- select Course and Fee Statement under the Finances tab.  A hard copy bill will be mailed to the address on file.  Please plan accordingly. 

Financial Aid Recipients:  If you have completed your 2017-2018 FAFSA and have been packaged, your financial aid for the fall term will be shown on your account to assist you in planning for your financial obligations.  Pending financial aid is indicated by an asterisk (*) these funds are not yet released by the government and are for planning purposes only.  If you have applied for financial aid and it is not shown on your account, please contact the Financial Aid Office.  They can be reached at

PAYMENT DUE DATE:  The payment due date for fall has been extended to September 18, 2017.  THE MOST EFFICIENT WAY TO PAY YOUR BILL IS ONLINE.  Payments must be received by the Office of the Bursar on or before the payment due date.  Please remember to check your account online for the most up to date account information regarding your balance.  If you have any questions regarding this communication, or your student account charges, please feel free to contact  One paper bill is mailed to the address on file.  Again, students must check their accounts regularly via MyCC if changes are made to registration activity.  Students who do not pay their bill by the payment due date or have any other relevant fee waived (i.e. health insurance) so that the account balance is less than $50, will be assessed a $100 Late Payment Fee.

PAYMENT PLANS:  Tuition Management Systems:

Payment plans are administered by Tuition Management Systems (TMS).  The payments plan are designed to evenly divide a student’s balance over three (3) to five (5) equal monthly installments. 

Payment plans are available for the fall term.  Fall payment plans provide a four (4) month payment option with the first payment due in July and the final payment due on or before October 31, 2017.
