Description

This course is designed to give students an understanding of the fundamental characteristics, structures, policies and practices of healthcare economics in the United States. Students will develop an understanding of healthcare markets; including supply and demand, delivery, production, services, and costs. Additionally, this course explores practical economic analysis, a survey of insurance policies and programs, and a review of current regulations in healthcare.
