Description
Prerequisite: HCA 101W. This course will give students an overview
of the current U.S. healthcare delivery system and its associated
costs. It will enable students to accurately define insurance terms
and abbreviations and introduces students to the functions and
procedures of health insurance programs. The course will familiarize
students with requirements, rules, regulations, and laws pertaining to
various insurance programs.
