Description
Prerequisite: MGM 201W Principles of Management. This
course introduces the student to the contemporary principles of
organizational behavior. Emphasis is on the importance of human
dynamics in modern organizations. The course covers individual
behavior, group processes, and organizational dynamics from both
the management and employee perspectives.
