4/24/23 Student Update

Hello Cambridge College Students,

This week the School of Undergraduate Studies is celebrating its students at our 2nd Annual "I am CC", an event that celebrates and highlights some of our incredible students' academic journeys and accomplishments. On Tuesday, April 25, 5:45-7:30 p.m. (ET), a select group of students will share their stories and insights from an "AHA!" moment, when something from a class connected with an academic, professional, or personal experience. All students and faculty are invited and encouraged to attend, as we come together to celebrate our students and find inspiration from their journeys, learning, and successes. To register and join this event, follow this link.

Fellowship Opportunity

Are you graduating soon and interested in policy research and how policy is made? If yes, the Massachusetts Taxpayers Foundation (MTF) is offering a 14-month fellowship as a Policy Researcher that pays well and provides real-world exposure to policy-making, professional experience as a policy researcher, and mentoring to get you started on a career in policy. A key goal of the fellowship is to introduce diverse graduates from historically underrepresented communities to the world of state policy research work. To learn more about this opportunity and how to apply, click here>>.

This is the time of the semester when many of you will start to have major assignments coming up. If you are struggling with your courses or a particular assignment, keep in mind that our Academic Success Center offers free live tutoring (on Zoom) to any student who needs help with coursework, assignments, research papers, and the like. Our professional tutors have expertise in writing, math, statistics, accounting, technology, and MTEL support.
