Students learn how developing a professional persona and personal brand work to positively impact productivity and success in different professional environments, and to understand the importance of maintaining professional standards in the workplace. We review best practices and techniques for professional networking, identifying mentors and allies, developing interpersonal skills, managing corporate workplace standards through vertical and horizontal relationships, maintaining self-awareness, engaging in timely self-advocacy, and building trust with coworkers.
