Description
This course focuses on the application of applied behavior analysis in the multiple settings. The applications of the principles of applied behavior analysis in educational, clinic, and home based settings will be examined and the unique issues presented in these contexts will be reviewed and discussed. These include functional behavior assessments, ethics of practice and use of treatment methodologies, staff/parent training, and applied behavior analysis in the public school setting. Current developments in ABA, behavior change strategies, and generalization are also addressed.
