Description
Prerequisites: MGM 201W Principles of Management. This is
an introductory course intended to provide the student with a
comprehensive overview of the major Human Resources functions
that are typically found in organizational settings. Topics covered
include Strategic HR Planning, Benefits & Compensation,
Recruitment & Selection, Employee & Labor Relations, and Training &
Development. The course draws upon both current Human Resource
practices and relevant research.
