Description

This course offers an overview of the modern organizational information landscape built around data and data analytics. Rooted in the notion of evidence-based management, the course aims to enhance students’ understanding of how successful, data-driven business organization extract insights to enhance their competitive advantage. Three broad topical areas will be covered: 1. making sense of data, 2. Estimation and statistical inference, and 3. learning with data.
