Description
Managers and their organizations are trained to tap the full potential of the wide ranging talents and perspectives of their increasingly di?verse, global workforces. Emphasis is on the management of diverse workforces and teams in profit and nonprofit organizations, and public and private workplaces. Students explore the principles and practices needed to develop people and work productively in organizations increasingly characterized by differences of color, gender, culture, style, and approach.
