Log into MyCC Student Portal
You will need to access the MyCC portal frequently as a student to register for classes, check financial aid documents, and much more. Once you are accepted, you will receive an email from "NewStudentAccounts" with your username and password. Please be sure to check in spam or junk folders. Register for Classes
Fall registration opens Monday, July 8, 2024. Please see our Written Instructions for course registration. Additional Step for International Students- Obtain your I-20 if you are an F1 International Student
All international students wishing to obtain, maintain, or regain Active F1 status through matriculation in a Cambridge College program of study must receive a Cambridge College I-20 prior to registering for classes. For more information, please see our International Student Page or contact us at international@cambridgecollege.edu or 617-873-0614. Please Note: You will not be able to register for classes until authorized by the International office.
Plan your Tuition Payment Options/ Financial Aid
Tuition payment must be received prior to the term starting. To review your statement, please log into MyCC Student Portal, click on the finance tab, then click on Course and Fees Statement. Please see our Tuition Rates.
- Fall term due date is Wednesday, August 28, 2024
Three options for paying your tuition:
- Make Payment in Full
- Set up a payment plan
- Complete all Financial Aid requirements
If you register after the tuition due date, payment is required within 5 days of registration. Please note a $100.00 late fee will be applied to your account if payment is received after the due date.

Step 1: Create your FSA ID (Federal Student Aid ID, consisting of a username and password)
Step 2: Complete 2024-25 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form. For assistance, please call the FAFSA hotline at 800-433-3243. Cambridge College's school code is 021829.
Step 3: Complete the mandatory Entrance Counseling. All new students must complete entrance loan counseling prior to loans being disbursed to their accounts. Go to studentaid.gov, sign in, click on Entrance Counseling and follow online instructions.
Step 4: Complete the Master Promissory Note. All students must complete a Promissory Note prior to loans being disbursed to their accounts. Go to studentaid.gov, sign in, click on Sign Master Promissory Note, and follow online instructions. For assistance, call Direct Loan Applicant Services at 1-800-557-7394.
Step 5: Verification you may be required to submit additional documents to create a financial aid award letter. These requirements will be listed as missing documents on MyCC Student Portal. Click on the finance tab, and view financial aid document tracking. Please complete and submit all required supporting documentation as soon as possible.

To review your Student Account, log into MyCC Student Portal, click on the finance tab, and please see the following:
My Account Balance: Students can review their current balance and make payments
Course and Fee Statement: Students can review the details of their bills
View Financial Aid Document Tracking: Students can review financial aid documents that have been received or missing from their record
Financial Aid Awards: Students can review their financial aid award for the academic year

Submit a Student Health Insurance Waiver
Massachusetts law states that students who meet the following criteria are required to be enrolled in the College’s Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP) or participate in a plan with comparable coverage. Students are automatically enrolled in and billed for the SHIP effective September 1, 2024 through August 31, 2025. This applies to all
- Undergraduate students enrolled in at least 9 credits
- Graduate students enrolled in at least 6 credits
- International students (active for SEVIS)
Cambridge College partnered with University Health Plans to manage the student health insurance plan. For more information about the Student Health Insurance Plan, please visit www.universityhealthplans.com/CambridgeCollege. Students who wish to opt-out of the student health insurance plan must document that they have comparable coverage by submitting a waiver form each academic year.

In compliance with the Massachusetts Dept. of Public Health, all students enrolled in a degree or certificate program at Cambridge College locations in Massachusetts must submit a Proof of Immunization form within the first month of attending classes.
- A physician or nurse will need to complete and sign this form. Please contact your physician’s office right away, as they may require lab work to verify your immunities if they do not have a record of your vaccinations.
- Please return the completed form by email to healthservices@baypath.edu.
