Good Afternoon,

Due to the current situation, it is in the best interest of our students and staff they we reduce the need to collect cash for payments.  At this time, paying your balance by either e-check, debit or credit card is the best option as well as the fastest option.  Payments made via cash are not placed onto the student accounts until it has been deposited into the College's bank.  This could be several weeks out at the current time.

With the campus moving to a remote work environment, the best way to pay your tuition is to log on to cambridgecollege.afford.com.  Here you can make a one time payment using your checking/savings account or a credit/debit card.

Student Health Coverage for COVID-19

Good Afternoon Students,

 

During this time, we wanted to make all of our students who are covered under our Student Health Insurance plan aware of their coverage if they need to seek medical attention due to the COVID-19 virus. Wellfleet(Gallagher), our student health insurance carrier has created a dedicated line for any questions regarding a student’s coverage.

 

Will my insurance cover Coronavirus testing?

Wellfleet will cover student member costs for COVID-19 testingWe’ll waive all co-pays, deductibles and co-insurance. Similar to a preventive visit, like your annual physical, you’ll have no out-of-pocket costs for your testing.

 

Wellfleet Student members should visit their school’s page on https://wellfleetstudent.com/ to find a provider. When contacting, be sure to advise them of your recent travel and symptoms and try to avoid contact with others.

How can I find out about what my insurance covers?

We also have a dedicated Coronavirus hotline to answer any of your questions – (833) 343-5338. Hours of operation are Monday – Thursday 8:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. and Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

NEW 1098T Website

As a student, you will need three pieces of information to log into the TSC1098-T system: Site ID, Username, and Password.

The Site ID (Site ID: 11692) is the same as what the school uses to log into the system. If you    

    are uncertain, contact the school to determine this information.

The Username is your Student ID by default. If this does not work, your school may need to

    update your information.

The initial Password is the last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN) and may be

    changed if needed 

 

When logging in for the first time you will be prompted to change your password. If you do not have this information, contact the school office to discuss with an administrative professional who is able to provide it to you.

To log into the TSC1098-T system, you will first need to go to http://www.tsc1098t.com and then enter the appropriate information, as discussed on the previous page.

Spring Billing

Dear Student,

 

The statement is reflective of your fall registration activity as of 1.30.2019. To view your account, please log onto the MyCC portal- select Finances tab and click on the Course and Fee Statement.  The payment due date for Spring is January 15,2020, please make your payment as soon as possible to avoid any late payment fees. 

THE MOST EFFICIENT WAY TO PAY YOUR BILL IS ONLINE.  This can be done using the following link http://cambridgecollege.afford.com/paynow?storeid=1841.

Payments must be received by Student Financial Services on or before the payment due date. Please remember to check your account online for the most up to date information regarding your balance.  If you have any questions regarding this communication, or your student account charges, please feel free to contact us at sfs@cambridgecollege.edu .  Again, students must check their accounts regularly via MyCC if you make changes to your registration activity after receiving this communication.  For Massachusetts students only- please be sure that you have submitted a waiver request to Gallagher Koster for the Health Insurance to insure, if eligible, the charge is waived prior to the due date.  Students who do not pay their bill by the payment due date will be assessed a Late Payment Fee.

LATE PAYMENT FEE:

Students will be assessed a $100 late payment fee if acceptable payment arrangements are not made by the due date.  Acceptable payment arrangements include payment in full, pending financial aid, approved third-party billing (i.e. Veterans) and/or an active and current payment plan with Tuition Management Systems (TMS).  Students who register after the payment due have one week to make acceptable payment arrangements or pay in full.

PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS ADMINISTERED BY TUITION MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS (TMS)

Payment plans are administered by Tuition Management Systems (TMS).  Spring plans will run November 2019 through March 2020.  The payment plan is designed to evenly divide the student tuition and fee(s) balance over three (3) to five (5) equal monthly installments.  All spring plans must be paid in full by March 31st 2020.  It is designed this way so that you may register for the next term when Summer registration opens in April.

HEALTH INSURANCE:

Health insurance is required for all students attending classes in the State of Massachusetts.  Therefore the health insurance fee is applied to all MASSACHUSETTS students if they are a Graduate level or higher taking 6 or more credits and Undergraduates taking 9 or more credits. Additionally ALL INTERNATIONAL STUDENT WHO ARE ACTIVE FOR SEVIS are assessed this fee regardless of the number of registered credits.  International Students have the same opportunity to waive provided the coverage meets the State standard.

Therefore, don't forget to waive your health insurance if you have eligible coverage!!  Waivers must be submitted as soon as possible so that the health charge can be removed from your statement prior to the payment due date.  All requests for health waivers must be submitted online through the Gallagher Koster website.  To have your health insurance reviewed for waiver eligibility, please click on the link below to submit a Request to Waive:
