Fall Health Insurance Waiver
High priority

ACTION REQUIRED - Please Read Carefully.

The Fall 2019 Portal is currently open and accepting requests to waive student health insurance.

Attention Fall Students: The deadline to submit the 2019-2020 Cambridge College Summer Waiver or Enrollment Form is September 12th, 2019.

For all MA location students health insurance coverage is a requirement.  You will be billed in for health insurance if you are a Graduate student taking 6 or more credits, an Undergraduate student taking 9 or more credits, or an International Student marked for SEVIS regardless of enrolled credits.

You cannot terminate coverage if you have been denied a waiver and charged for the annual plan (coverage period September 201, to August 2020) or spring plan (coverage period January 2020, to August 2020).  This waiver period is for NEW or returning students ONLY.

If you have a qualified insurance plan that meets the State’s minimum requirements, you are afforded the opportunity to waive out of the Student Health plan.  To request to waive the Student Health Insurance Plan for the Fall 2019 policy (coverage period September 1st 2019 through August 31, 2020) you must submit your request online.  Paper requests or copies of health cards are not accepted by any College personnel and submission of the waiver request to any party other than Gallagher Koster is not accepted and will not be honored.

To waive out the Summer Term Health Insurance: Please Log on to:

  1. Click on ‘Student Waive/Enroll’
  2. Create a user account (If new) or Log in (if you are a returning user)
  3. Select the ‘I want to Enroll’ button or the ‘I want to Waive’. If requesting to waive the insurance, you’ll need information found on your current health insurance ID card. Upon completing your online form you will be asked to review the information provided and click ‘submit’ to complete the process. Immediately upon submitting your Online Form you will receive a reference number to verify form receipt.
  4. Waiver request forms will be submitted for review and verification; results of this verification will be e-mailed to the e-mail address provided during the waiver process.

If a verified & accepted waiver form for the spring term is not submitted by the deadline- September 12th, 2019, you will remain enrolled in the Student Health Insurance Plan for the remainder of the policy year.
