According to our records, we show that there is a PAST DUE balance on your account.  We understand that oversights can happen, and we appreciate your diligence in resolving the balance as soon as possible. Fall term payments were due on or before September 3rd, 2020. As a result of your past due balance, your student account has been RESTRICTED (BR HOLD).

Once a student account is restricted (BR hold), you will not be able to access your diploma, grades, or official transcripts.  Students also will not be able to register for any additional courses or upcoming terms until the outstanding balance has been paid in full.

When the student account is paid in full, please allow up to 24 hours before attempting to retrieve your grades, or make a request for a diploma or transcript.

To view your account, please log onto the MyCC portal- Under the Finances Tab, select Course and Fee Statement.

Financial Aid Recipients:  If you have completed your FAFSA and have been packaged, your financial aid for the spring term will show on your account to assist you in planning for your financial obligations.  Pending financial aid is indicated by an asterisk (*) the hold will be removed once the aid disburses.  If you have applied for financial aid and it is NOT shown on your account, please check your MyCC student portal under the Finance tab to see if you are missing any documents.

University Health Plan- School Insurance Waiver
High priority

Good Afternoon Cambridge College Students,

We are happy to announce that we have a new Health Insurance carrier starting this Fall.  We are happy to be partnering with University Health Plan to provide our students with the health plan and excellent customer service.

All Undergraduate students taking at least 9 credits and Graduate students taking 6 credits are required to have health insurance while attending Cambridge College. Student mandated to have insurance, are automatically enrolled in and billed for the Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP) effective September 1, 2020 through August 31, 2021. All International Students will be automatically enrolled into the School's Health Insurance Program regardless of credits unless they can provide a Massachusetts comparable Health Plan.

Students with comparable coverage may request to opt out of the plan by submitting a waiver form by September 15, 2020.

Important Updates about the 2020-2021 SHIP

· The student insurance company will move from National Guardian Life/Commercial Travelers to Wellfleet Insurance. The plan design is based on the 2019-2020 policy. All students enrolled in the plan will need to download a new Insurance ID card to access benefits effective 9/1/2020

· Cambridge College partnered with University Health Plans to manage the student health insurance plan. You can view information about the plan at www.universityhealthplans.com/CambridgeCollege.

Students who wish to opt out of the student health insurance plan must document that they have comparable coverage by submitting a waiver form each academic year. Click HERE to submit a waiver form by September 15, 2020.
